課程概述 |
The course is designed to assist students develop their knowledge and skills in the understanding and use of theory in the analysis of leadership and management in nursing. Application of leadership concepts, decision making, management concepts, ethical concepts and managed care in nursing practice will be studied. |
課程目標 |
1. know nurse's leadership roles and management function
2. comprehend the basic concepts of leadership theory
3. comprehend the basic concepts of management theory
4. apply above concepts to analyze the management/leadership problems in nursing practice
